Placement Summary PGDFM 2016-17

We are pleased to announce that our entire batch of PGDFM 2016-17 has been placed in CBRE – a fortune 500 firm.

We offer an incomparable specialized program in FM which is aligned to both IFMA and RICS competencies. Globally IFMA and RICS have joined hands to work for this sector and its professionals. The School has also established a student chapter under IFMA which facilitates the growth of our students in alignment with global practices.

As a result of the knowledge and skillset that our students develop, CBRE found worth in hiring the very first batch that was interning with the organization for 3 months.

CBRE is a global leader in facilities management services and employs close to 33,700+ CBRE facilities management professionals worldwide. These professionals support major multinational corporate occupiers of commercial real estate who are seeking to outsource facilities management strategy and delivery.

“With creation of large office spaces, gated communities and retail revolution, there is an increasing demand for Facility Managers. We welcome RICS initiative of starting the course of Facility Management.”

Mr. Rajesh Pandit

“With some experience in FM and an inclination towards this sector, I chose PGDFM and it has proven to be a perfect opportunity and gateway for realization of my dreams.”

Saurav Bhattacharjee

Earlier civil engineer

"After choosing FM, I discovered that at the heart of both civil engineering and facilities management is the management of human resource. One of the biggest reliefs for me after choosing FM was not to work in harsh weather conditions (I have worked in 45 degrees and -21 degrees) and in a white collar job with an organizational approach."

Harpreet Singh
PGDFM batch 2016-17
Earlier Science graduate

"RICS SBE gave me a good platform to start my career. Being from RICS SBE, I generally got attention from senior people of the company. I am now working in CBRE in Facilities Management department."
