University Of San Diego, through the Ahlers Center for International Business and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, is hosting our students for an International Certificate program in Real Estate Investment and Management during the summer of 2017 along with students from various international universities.
Sunil Agarwal FRICS Associate Dean and Director of School of Real Estate, RICS SBE Noida will be leading a convoy of 18 students from MBA REUI [first year] and BBA REUI [second year] who have received acceptance to attend the International Certificate Program during a five week visit to the University of San Diego.
During this five week program, the students will explore domains such as real estate investment, market analysis and property & asset management. The program starts in summer, from 5 June to 6 July 2017.
The curriculum will be inclusive of, but not restricted to, class lectures, case studies and projects from Monday to Thursday. Every Friday is reserved for interaction with industry leaders and site visits. The students will individually be assessed at the end of program. The participants with be awarded a certificate & transcript after passing the assessment. The site visits are scheduled to cover topics regarding projects focusing on sustainability in real estate, large residential projects, mixed-use & shopping developments, senior housing communities and bio-tech office parks.
The objective of this program is to provide exposure to our students to the real estate environment, curriculum and practices in the most evolved and developed real estate market of the world.
