MBA REUI 2013-15
Placed in Consulting at Nisus Finance Services
Now Deputy Vice President at Nisus Finance Services

My placement experience was fairly unique. It’s easy to accept a good placement offer but to choose between two equally good offers is difficult. I had interned with Cushman & Wakefield and they were quite impressed with my performance. They offered me a final placement offer after a brief interview at the time of placements. However, it was a very function specific role with somewhat limited scope of learning but again Cushman & Wakefield was a tough brand to ignore. Simultaneously, I got selected with Nisus Finance Services where Mr Sachin Sandhir is on the Board of Advisors. It is a niche firm relatively but offered me key skills and possible learning.

The mentorship team at RICS SBE stepped in to help me out. Mr. Sachin Sandhir personally helped him evaluate the pros and cons of both offers. I realized that early in my career I should go with an offer that allows more learning and exposure. So after much contemplation I decided to pursue the job offer from Nisus Finance Services.
