Previously she was a faculty member at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida and has been associated with prestigious institutions as Visiting Faculty. Some of these institutions are: School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi; NICMAR, Delhi; L&T Institute of Project Management, Vadodara; Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. She has been providing training of executives in the area of Construction Management. These trainings are conducted across the country for executives of government departments and private sector. In industry she has worked on projects of varying nature like residential and school projects, commercial projects etc. and has also provided consultancy for Delhi Metro project. Her consultancy areas are planning, scheduling and monitoring of projects and establishing PMO (Project Management Office) for construction organisations. She has widely published research papers, has contributed chapters in edited books and published a book ‘India Project Management Case Studies’. One of her papers published in Emerald Journal ‘Automation in Construction’ was featured amongst the top ten most downloaded articles from the Journal in the first six months of 2010 and was selected for inclusion in Emerald Reading ListAssist.
