Today’s real estate and infrastructure development professionals require expertise that reflects industry changes, whether transitioning from regional to global markets or applying the latest principles and practices in sustainable design and construction.

The School of Real Estate seeks to produce sophisticated professionals with the necessary skills to succeed in the business world, but who also have a broader perspective on the issues involved in creating and maintaining living and working environments.

Relevant issues that faculty here examine include marketing management, financial management, real estate policy, law and planning, property valuation, sustainable practices, business development strategies and corporate planning, professional practice and ethics etc.

Both the BBA and MBA programs offered by the School provide a balance between theory and practice and are delivered by a highly distinguished faculty.
