Dr. Harshul Savla, MRICS (Partner of the Suvidha Lifespaces) communicated with the students and delivered a leadership session on REITs and Future of Real Estate. The session was conducted on 7th November 2019.

Propelling Suvidha Group's growth to next level, Mr. Harshul brings a perfect mix of Corporate Experience backed by Management and Legal Education. He is a Ph.D Research Scholar at Mumbai University, pursuing his thesis on REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts). He has authored and published numerous Research Papers on REITs.  

He has completed his LL.B from Government Law College (GLC). He has also completed his MBA in Finance from JBIMS whilst securing All India 3rd rank in MH-CET and has undergone internship with Citibank NA (Global Subsidiaries Division). As a student at JBIMS, Harshul was awarded 'Young Thought Leader' in 2012 by CRISIL.

Before joining business, he has worked with leading International Property Consultant - Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Harshul has also undergone a 'Strategic Real Estate Management' programme at ISB Hyderabad and a work shop on Green Building by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
