RICS SBE invited prestigious domestic and international firms to participate in the placement process, resulting in year on year overall 95%+ of the batch getting placed. The placement trends doubled down on our already stellar track record in providing diverse opportunities, both in terms of offered roles and geographical locations, including in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh, in addition to almost all Tier-1 cities in India. We owe our success to the unwavering support and backing of 300+ leading organisations in the industry. Since RICS is a professional body, the industry has whole heartedly supported us through all our placement seasons and continues to do so.

Careers & growth opportunities

The Built Environment sector is expected to have strong growth in years ahead as a result of technical advancement, acceptance of digitalization, the accomplishment of infrastructure investments in a stable manner, demand, and NRI investments in the nation. It is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the past 5 years. The recent trend shows that there the sector will present better job opportunities in the real estate, infrastructure and construction sectors for our students.

Our placement team has made possible the placements around 99% of the total batch. We leveraged the technology and initiated the on campus & virtual placement process for the students and their interactions with the companies to keep the placement process going for our students.
