RICS School of Built Environment was established as a unique Industry-led academic initiative, that would train professionals for the built environment sector. It was the first institute in the country to conduct MBA and BBA programs of built environment sector including Real Estate and Construction Project Management specializations. The uniqueness and industry collaboration of the program has led to the accreditation of programmes by two international professional bodies, RICS (UK) and Program Management Institute (PMI  - USA). The academic team of RICS SBE with industry and academic experience and with focus on research, outreach and consultancy has continually strived to achieve academic excellence and train students to be industry leaders who will lead global sustainable development with empathy and compassion and also provide training to industry professionals.
 
We look forward to achieving the Vision of National Education Policy 2020, Vision of Amity University and RICS School of Built Environment and to keep striving to forge National and International collaborations with academic institutions, organizations and other stakeholders.
 
RICS SBE family is proud of the achievements of its Alumni contributing in the built environment sector at global level and their continued engagement with the Institute.
