Dr. Vanita Ahuja is a distinguished leader in the realms of Construction Project Management and Design, bringing a unique blend of professional experience and academic excellence to her role as Director-RICS SBE, Noida, and Group Academic Head (Design & Built Environment) at Amity Education Group. Her career is a testament to her profound expertise, innovative contributions, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of the industry and industry academic interface.

Dr. Ahuja earned her Ph.D. from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, where she conducted pioneering research on "IT Enhanced Communication Protocols for Building Project Management by Small and Medium Enterprises in the Indian Construction Industry." She also holds a M.Tech degree in Building Science and Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.

Prior to joining Amity University, Dr. Ahuja served as the first full-time Director of the National Institute of Design-Haryana, an Institute of National Importance. In this role, she was instrumental in establishing and advancing the institute's academic and administrative frameworks. Her leadership was marked by significant achievements, including the development of IT-enabled processes, the approval of the institute's Statutes and Ordinances, and the successful conduct of its first two convocations, where four batches graduated. Her tenure also saw the formation of crucial partnerships, notable student placements, and international recognitions.

Additionally, she has contributed in public policy by contributing in Bureau of Indian Standards took of developing Indian Standards for Construction Project Management.
