I am born in a middle-class family where all you need is a shelter and food. I got inspired by my uncle who motivated me to take up civil engineering.
Any advice to students considering joining RICS SBE?
If you want to get a good job with a handsome salary and to be a member in this professional world, you should join RICS SBE and if you want to be at a place where you are mentally free from financial problems, you have to be different than others.
How did the MBA program at RICS SBE help you?
This course was a power booster to my journey towards a civil engineering profession while giving on site of all the planning parameters and how to manage everything even work and life both.
How was life at RICS SBE? (Campus, faculty, activities, events)
It was quite an impressive experience and one can get it through this after joining this course, a beautiful and ultra-modern campus where the focus was to make every student to stand on their own and contribute in the upliftment of nation economy.
Share experiences from work life.
I am working in Doosan Power, a South Korean company as a planning engineer, this contract comprises of 75 million dollars for constructing a thermal powerplant of 1220 MW production unit. The knowledge which our super brilliant diamond personality faculty has given us now can be implemented during my work. Due to an MNC, we also got to know about various technology and a huge bank of knowledge while working.
What was your experience while studying at RICS SBE?
I had a stage fear I rarely spoke in front of people but while studying this course, the fear which I was going through has gone forever and the pressure which this course has on you helps in making you an all-rounder construction management professional.
What were you doing before coming to RICS SBE?
I was working as a site engineer in government shopping complex which has 500 units
Where did you get placed?
I was placed at UNIVERSAL contractor and Engineers Pvt Ltd.
Where did you intern? How did the internship help you?
I did my internship in UCEPL, they are a contracting company constructing 2000 residential units, during my internship I got practical knowledge about the overall planning of cost Manpower planning schedule and onsite work.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
To be a self-motivated highly professional civil engineer in my own company which I will be opening within 5 years
