634 students interning this summer

Students from MBA, BBA and PGDFM will be interning with renowned companies across India.

• 255 companies took 634 students
• Students interning across prime locations in India
• Students interning in Colombo & Dubai

Following a stringent process of interviews, all 634 students were selected based on their skill sets matching the requirement of the participant companies. This is the time for students to gain crucial work experience while developing industry contacts and applying their theoretical skills.

Companies which participated for the internship were from real estate, construction and infrastructure sector which varied from domestic to global consisting of private and government organizations.

New government organizations came onboard this time and took our students as interns like follows-

• CPWD
• UN Habitat
• NIUA
• Centre for Science & Environment
• Kolkata Metro Railways
• Greater Noida Development Authority and
• National Highway Authority of India
• LMRC (Lucknow Metro Rail Corp)

Students are also interning for the first time with international firms like-

• PWC
• Tishman Speyer
• Ernst & Young
• Faithful+Gould
• Arcadis

Engineering and construction companies like NCC Limited, L&T IDPL, BG Shirke, SECON, C&C Construction Limited, Tata Projects Limited, Gammon India, Gannon Dunkerley & Co. Ltd took our students for internship. Real estate developers like Lodha Developers and Sallapuria Sattva followed suit.

Students are interning across India in locations like cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and developed markets like Colombo & Dubai. These students will be getting an opportunity to work in big upcoming projects with leading companies and getting exposed to the nitty gritty of real estate. Real life learning encompassing skills learned on the job along with practical experience will enhance their knowledge and hold them in good stead in future.

BBA batch 2015-2018

Our third batch of BBA students in real estate and construction courses are interning with NASSCOM, SRS Builders, Re/Max India, HUDCO, NBCC, Greater Noida Development Authority, IRCON, Lotus Greens, and LMRC. This opportunity is important for them as it is their first interaction with the industry.

PGDFM batch 2017-2018

This is our first PGDFM batch with students from varied backgrounds of  civil engineering, architecture and hotel management who are going for internship. They are going to take their first step as FM interns in CBRE which is now a global player in Facilities Management thanks to its acquisition of Global WorkPlace Solutions. The training period for FM interns will be of 3 months and post that it is likely they will be absorbed in the same company or be placed in a similar firm.

MBA batch 2016-2018

Our 4th batch of MBA students in REUI, CPM, CEQS and IM programs will be interning with leading companies as mentioned in the table below. Due to the good impression left by previous batches, more and more companies look forward to take our students as interns.
