Anindita Sarkar, Assistant Professor, School of Real Estate who teaches Business Communication and is also an Internship/Placements Officer & Debate Moderator, represented our School at a two day workshop on “Developing Women Leadership: A Roadmap to Success" organized by UN Global Connect Network India and WOW Factors India on 9 and 10 November 2017 at India International Centre, New Delhi.
The programme was attended by 45 participants from UN World Food Program, Tata Steel, BIMtech, Panasonic, Mother Dairy, LG, Capegemini, Powergrid, ONGC, ReNew Power amongst others.
We are pleased to announce that Professor Anindita Sarkar secured the coveted ‘Best Participant Award’ in the workshop. The award was presented by Sri Kamal Singh, Executive Director, UN Global Compact Network India.
She also shared valuable inputs during the panel discussion on ‘Work Life Balance'.
This workshop saw some intensive discussions and dialogues by Ms. Simin Askari, Vice President, Coporate HR, DS Group on ‘Self-positioning & Self-Projection: Negotiation Skills’ and Prof. RR Sharma, ED, WOW Factors India on ‘Understanding Your Unique Strengths and Barriers to Success’ & ‘Emotional Intelligence - Understanding and Managing Self and Inter-Personal Relationships.’
