After completing my mechanical engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. I started working in a construction firm. But soon I realized that to career progression, my engineering alone would not suffice. So I took up my an MBA in CPM from RICS SBE. I am glad I did so.

The kind of support and mentorship RICS SBE provides during placement is hard to find anywhere else. Each student is evaluated based on his/her interest areas and capabilities after which they are guided to apply for suitable companies. My mentor was Mrs. Ritu Ahuja who was elemental in getting me placed with Shapoorji Pallonji. There were two rounds – first the group discussion and second two personal interviews. I did my internship at Afcons Infrastructure which is a subsidiary of Shapoorji Pallonji. My internship experience also helped me crack some of the tough questions.

Getting selected in Leighton was never possible without the sincere efforts of my college. RICS SBE made my dream of being part of such a great organization come true.”
