RICS School of Built Environment Amity University successfully organnized an insightful guest lecture on “DCF Valuation for a Group Housing Project in Gurugram” today.
The session was delivered by Gaurav Sachdeva, Senior Director – Valuation & Professional Services at Savills Property Services, who shared valuable industry-driven perspectives on applying the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology to real residential development projects.
Students gained practical exposure to key aspects such as revenue and cost assumptions, absorption analysis, pricing strategy, and feasibility interpretation specific to group housing projects.
